On a relaxing night, Toto was chilling in his apartment but suddenly he got hypnotised without him knowing and caused a ruckus in his own home. The next day, he realized his secret recipe that he kept in his safe was missing. Toto called Purrlock Meowmers, a grumpy cat detective to solve the case and find the secret recipe for Toto.
